Repairs are covered against defects in parts or workmanship. If a part we installed fails within the warranty period, we replace or repair it at no additional cost. Accessories are covered for 30 days against manufacturer defects.

How long does repairing my phone take?
It all depends on how many phones we have ahead of you. We usually work in the order devices come in.
Do you use original parts?
On all of our repairs, we use aftermarket parts. We can order original parts, but they will cost more.
How long will ordering my parts take?
Most parts should be in stock. If we have to special order a part, it could take 1–4 business days for it to arrive.
